Hi my name is Manjit, I am a Qualified Practice Manager. I joined the Dental World over 22 years and have enjoyed it ever since!
In 2008 I was given an amazing opportunity to join The Smile Practice working with a team providing high quality dentistry and aesthetics to our patients. It's my passion to help deliver its vision and values. I am responsible for implementing strategies, building a strong, friendly team and developing and delivering customer service of the highest standard.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends & family.

Anita Smith
Laser & Beauty Therapist
Providing Laser Hair removal and Beauty Treatments, specialising in the brands of Guinot skincare and Jessica Geleration.
I have been in the Beauty Industry for 25 years following 3 years training at Reading college. I started my career working within 2 beauty salons in Oxford and Abingdon. After gaining valuable experience in both roles I decided to go alone in 1996, being an additional service within a gym, and hairdressing salon. I have continued to qualify in more areas and regularly attend more courses. In September 2005 I started working from home after having my 1st child, until arriving at the Smile Practice in 2013. I am also qualified in laser hair reduction and offer this service within the Smile Practice team.
I approached the Smile Practice to see if they were interested in me providing my Beauty Services. Thankfully they were and couldn't have been more helpful. They provided me a beauty room with all my requirements and were so welcoming. I instantly felt part of the team and wish I had done it years before.
I have previously been within hair salons and a gym, but actually being part of the Smile Practice has really worked well with my Beauty Services. Dentistry, Beauty and cosmetic procedures are all interlinking and it's about providing a service that improves ones confidence and wellbeing.
I am a mum of 2 boys aged 10 and 8 which keeps me very busy. I also like to focus on fitness and go to the gym and attend zumba classes.

Pam Mcintyre

My name is Pam McIntyre and I am a Chiropodist working part-time at the Smile Practice (Chiropody Clinic) where I carry out routine chiropody.
After achieving a BSc in Immunology and Pharmacology at Strathclyde University, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years (Pfizer, Eli Lilly & GSK). In 2002, The GSK site that I worked at was closing down, so it was at this point I decided to change my career - I studied a diploma in Chiropody & Podiatry at the Chester School of Chiropody & Podiatry.
The smile practice is a great place to work. In addition to being close to home, the facilities are very modern and the people are all so friendly. The practice has a very relaxed, friendly yet professional atmosphere.
I love sport and have played a lot of different sports throughout my life. At the moment I play golf in the ladies section at Hadden Hill Golf Club (Didcot) and play tennis for both the Mixed and Ladies Team at Blewbury Tennis Club.
At the same time of doing my chiropody course, I also did a diploma in Reflexology. I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and as a result, studied more holistic therapies - Advanced Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki I & II and Hopi Ear Candling.

Diane Charles

I am one of the Receptionists at the Smile Practice and have worked at the practice for 34 years.
I qualified in 1969 at New Cross Hospital in London as a Dental Auxiliary now known as Therapists and worked in Swindon for the local health authority as an Auxiliary until 1973.
I started work at the Smile Practice, then called the Broadway Dental Clinic, in 1981 as a Dental Nurse. I was a full time nurse for about 20 years then Nurse /Receptionist and becoming a full time receptionist in 2004.
There have been many changes in the practice since I started work here both staff and the practice itself and of course the patients. I am now seeing patients we once saw as children bringing their own children in to see us!
Out of work I don’t have much time for hobbies as I have eight grandchildren, three dogs of my own and two other family dogs I look after as well. These and work keep me out of mischief. Supposedly.

Linda
